I have no experience! Can I still get training & support?
Absolutely! Clearwell Co prides itself on excellent training results. We find that once we teach the basic essentials of logging in and using the Dashboard, people who once believed they had no computer savvy had a big change of heart! Choose the Personal level of service for best results. The weekly meetings will build your skills, and your confidence and site, faster and better.
Can I get support if I have multiple sites?
Yes, you definitely can enroll in the Multi-Site support subscription for as many websites as you like. Under this plan you can also use your training 4 hours for or maintenance work done by our techs to your specifications.
What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. When you log in as a “personal” subscriber, you will see a notice regarding your current package and instructions on how to upgrade.
Do you support WP.com sites?
Yes! WordPress.com has different rules, an amazing community of bloggers, and challenging limitations when compared to self-hosted sites (WordPress.org). Our CSPs are fully trained in both platforms.
